Faith in Action

We traveled to Kentucky to film at Midway Christian Church and we are grateful to Pastor Heather McColl and the community who welcomed us there. This video was shared as part of a Climate Action Toolkit distributed to 4,000 churches with easy climate solutions for individuals and churches.

“We share a common responsibility for the stewardship of God’s good earth, as a matter of justice, so that it can sustain all species, peoples, and future generations. Disciples of Christ are called to bring our leadership to the moral challenge of climate change. Damage to our climate puts the health of our children and elderly at risk, hurts the poorest among us the most, and harms God’s creation.”

“It’s by coming together that we can do extraordinary, positive things for our children, our congregation, and our community.”
